     Autumn greetings to everyone!  For those of you who couldn’t be at out last luncheon, it was a huge success.  The Table Scapes program presented by Carolyn Dennis was fascinating and entertaining.  It was wonderful to see so many ladies gather around Carolyn after the luncheon to ask questions and view her beautiful arrangements.  Speaking for myself, I know that her handiwork helped create new ideas on ways to use my lovely – yet sadly, seldom used – china and silverware.  I hope it helped formulate new ideas for all of you as well, especially with the holidays around the corner!

     The raffle prize went to a well – deserving individual, Lucy Woodall, who has worked diligently for many years to sell tickets for our raffle program.

     Looking ahead to our next luncheon on October 12, 2006, at 11:30, at Princess Anne Country Club, I’d Like to call special attention to a Fashion Show presented by Talbots.  Don’t miss this opportunity to see our very own ROWS members model the new, chic fall fashions!

     Enjoy the profusion of rich colors and crisp breezes that fall has to offer.  Looking forward to seeing you at the next luncheon.

PROGRAM: ROWS FALL FASHION SHOW.  Clothes from TALBOTS at La Promenade will be presented by fashion coordinator Tabatha Dennis, and modeled by ROWS members.  The Tidewater Collection Shop will also have gift items and accessories for sale.  Here is a great chance to shop for some holiday clothes and gifts.  Make your reservations early… and bring a friend.

CONGRATULATIONS

ROWS sends their happiest congratulations to Chris and Bud O'Donnell.  Chris and Bud will be celebrating their 67th wedding anniversary on September 2nd.  We wish you both a very happy day.
