KAY’S KORNER
Kay Palko, President

This is the last column from Kay’s Korner.  The year has gone quickly and we have had so many lovely and entertaining functions.  I want to thank my board members who made things work.  There are many board members who were always ready to step up, to cover for someone, or to take on any task the president needed help getting done. To those who went above and beyond know that I recognized your effort and will be forever grateful.

Our new board was unanimously voted in at our last luncheon and I know they will work really hard to give you another wonderful year.  For this to work it is up to the members to support the club with your dues, your service, and by bringing in new members and making them feel welcome.  Only by everyone helping can the club continue to grow and spread its’ sisterhood to all retired female officers and retired officers wives.

Our May luncheon will present our charity donations to the Chisholm Hospitality House, and the Sojourners Cape Henry scholarship fund for students and teachers at  a four day Patriotic Program at Valley Forge, PA.

We will be recognizing past presidents as well as installing the new board. Past Presidents PLEASE BRING YOUR SCRAPBOOKS, AND WEAR YOUR PAST PRESIDENT BADGES. I hope to see many old and new friends.

COME ---- JOIN IN ---- HAVE FUN
